Need help switching to Family Acct
Just cancelled my purchase through apple and next step was to notify you. Please let me know the next steps.

If you're looking to upgrade to a family account or change your account type, send an email to support@1password.com and we'll mark the subscription as canceled on our end so you can get things set up. Post back here with the confirmation code you get so we can connect the two conversations.
If you don't plan to use 1Password in the future, you're good to go. Canceling the subscription in the App Store means you'll no longer be charged, and you can delete your account as well if you'd like to stop using 1Password permanently. Hope that helps! :)
