Frozen Account after paying for Yearly Membership JAN 2018

My account has been frozen. My credit card was charged at the end of Jan 2018 for a yearly family membership (around $60). I have emailed with detailed information asking about this and after 4 days, the only reply has been the auto reply.
How can I get this resolved?
