I can’t enter a Master Password

I can’t get past the Master Password screen, when trying to sign up. Have senat an e-mail and reply but would like to get set up and using the Service.
Help!

    Welcome to the forum, @Geoffity! I see you've already been getting assistance from two of my colleagues via email; let's keep the conversation going over there. It doesn't speed things up to post the same question/issue in multiple places; if we have to coordinate between multiple people and multiple points of contact, it increases support times for everyone, including you.
