Family Member's Private Vault Not Visible

A family member's private vault is not visible on the dashboard of the organizers account. Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?

    Hi @beek_39

    Private vaults are exactly that: private. Nobody ever has access to or visibility of someone else’s Private vault, organizer or not. If there are items you’d like to be accessible to both a family member and the organizer the way to do that is by creating a shared vault that both of those individuals have access to.

    Thanks for your reply! Ok, so the private vault Of a family member I can see (as an organizer) must be set-up wrong.

    Indeed, you certainly could create a vault and name it whatever you want. But each user account — except for a guest — will have their own Personal/Private vault which can never be shared or accessed by anyone else. Cheers! :)
