Favorites screen on iOS app doesn't match the website icons to the correct logins

This problem has been persistent for a while now, long before 11.3 beta. If you go to the favorites screen of the iOS 1Password App (on iPhone, have not tried on iPad), the icons for the websites are not matched to their login profile. I'm sure most people look for visual cues like the logo before copying passwords so this really throws you off. This problem sticks for a long time, magically resolves itself after some time, then reappears. Been like this for months.
