Got the app, paid for the membership, tried two email addresses, tried to same password on both now can’t logon, help!

    @geronimos: Thanks for reaching out. Please do not delete anything! Can you tell me more about what you're trying to do? Do you have the Emergency Kit for your account? Or another device you're already signed in on?

    I started with [email removed; this is a public conversation], downloaded the app, set my master password and paid for yearly membership. Tried to log on Mastet doesn’t work so I use a different email address [removed] to try and setup. I can log on using this email with same password but paid with iCloud email, can I merge? I signed on both times with my iPhone

    I did get emergency kit email with [removed by AgileBits; please do not post personal details on this public forum] but not iCloud email. I signed on both times with my iPhone

    @geronimos: When you send us multiple messages in multiple places, that not only pushes you back to the newest part of the queue and can often cause you to needlessly wait longer for a response than you would otherwise, it slows down the support process for everyone since we're not all on the same page with multiple conversations and conflicting information.
