Is there a manual on how to maneuver through 1Passoword. I've have 1Password for years and haven't used it much. Now I would like to use it, but can't remember how to get around it i.e., how do I add pictures as one example

Thanks for getting in touch! We don't have a printed manual for 1Password as most folks just want to find out how to do a specific task and get back to their lives. So we have guides for different things in our knowledge base:
Not knowing which OS or 1Password versions you're using since you left that out of your post, I can't link you to a specific one. But searching the knowledge base for "get to know" will give you results with a "Get to know 1Password for (OS name)":
