Can't get subscription version to replace standalone on a Mac
Used 1P for years on Macs prior to subscription model. Bought a PC so I could have access to both OSs. Purchased subscription model on PC. Mac version says Trial Expired. I should be able to download new Mac version and log in to use subscription license and share passwords between computers. I deleted 1P from the Mac and downloaded the latest version, expecting to log into the subscription model and go to work. When installing the download, I see a message "connecting to MacMini" and then the program that opens says Trial Expired. It offers no option to log in using subscription credentials, only offers me the choice of buying what would appear to be a standalone license.
Help!

@form4me: If you've already been using 1Password and set it up without an account, it will not have any way of knowing you have an account unless you sign in. You can do that in 1Password Preferences > Accounts. And if you haven't yet migrated your data to your 1Password.com membership, be sure to follow this guide:
Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account
That will walk you through transferring the data to your account so you can access it on all of your devices just by signing in. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

So I found the dialog you describe, and assume I have to enter the subscription info manually, which is fine except I don't understand the difference between "Sign in Address" and "Email Address". I of course know the latter but not the former, so I can't sign in. Still frustrated.

If you are using an individual 1Password.com membership then the sign in address is
https://my.1password.com
. If you are using a 1Password Families or 1Password Teams account then you will have your own custom sign in address such ashttps://my-company.1password.com
orhttps://my-family.1password.com
. This information will be on your Emergency Kit which you should have printed as part of the account setup process.Ben
