Hi,

when i scan the Account Information the login address is not automatically filled.

There is only "my" filled in.

Is this normal?

IOS: 11.3
iPhone X


1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided

    Hey blaxxz!

    I had the same happening to me when I tried this a couple of days ago. The login address doesn't show, but it's correctly filled. If you touch on the field it'll show everything.

    Still, that's probably a little bug that the devs will iron out on an upcoming release 😉

    Not with me. Even then there is only "my".

    Where are you scanning the QR code from & to? e.x. from the ‘Get the Apps’ page to 1Password 7.0.6 for iOS.

    Work for me, scan from an iPad, except say my account is frozen

    Yes. I just tried downloading a fresh Emergency Kit and it worked as expected. Could you please re-test?

    I downloaded the Kit from my Account. Same as before.

    Or do you mean to create a new secret key, so it is a whole new PDF?

    I test without problem on my iPhone X, but don't know what's happened for my account, will contact the service (I know it's not here) but prefer to say, if it's a bug

    What do you mean? I dont understand.

    I downloaded the Kit but still the same Problem in the IOS App.

    The Get the Apps page that I linked should also have a scannable QR code. Does it work if you scan that?

    Ah..... understand ^^.

    Same Problem.

    Is it possible that the App has a Problem with the 1Password EU Adress?
    That the App only knows the .com Servers?

    Ah ha! I didn’t realize you weren’t using 1Password.com. Yep — I just tested this with 1Password.eu and you are correct... it doesn’t work. I’ll speak with my colleagues and see what the difficulty is here. Hopefully we can get that fixed up. :)

    I just wanted to clarify that even though the complete sign-in address is not displayed sign in should still complete successfully. Can you please confirm if your experience matches that expectation?

    I installed the new iOS Update.

    But the Problem is still there.
    It makes me a little sad that this has not been fixed in time.

    @blaxxz: To be clear, this is a cosmetic issue. You should be able to sign in just fine. The app just isn't showing the full sign in address. This is something we'll be addressing, but it would be a higher priority if it prevented people from signing into their accounts, which it does not. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by this though. Thanks for your patience.
