Credit card duplicate entry on verification number

Hi has this been fixed yet? I see this reported here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/56942/credit-card-with-same-verification-number-should-not-show-up-in-duplicate-password-section but still experiencing it after 2 years.
