I am unable to save a password for Amazon - I am using Google Chrome

    Greetings @peteranver,

    So the good/bad news is I can't reproduce so it does look like 1Password is able to save and fill but that does mean I'm not sure why it's failing for you. I have a couple of questions to see if we can narrow down what is happening.

    1. Is 1Password saving and filling without issue on other sites?
    2. Do you have any existing Login items for Amazon?
    3. If you go through the sign-in process to the point where you reach the Amazon password screen, does 1Password allow you to manually save a Login item and do you see the item in your vault? When I talk about manually saving I'm referring to the steps detailed on our support page How to save a Login manually in your browser.

    I may have a couple more questions but these should give us a good starting place to understand why might be happening.
