    @Ironduke57: The message "body" is the place where you typed your comments, as you would in the body of an email or old-fashioned letter. It sounds like you may be confused and/or frustrated, but we still need to keep the forums as friendly as possible for the wide range of people that visit, so please refrain from using abusive language in the future.     With regard to "read only", you'll see that in 1Password if you've installed it from the Mac App Store and either a) haven't paid for it there or b) purchased it originally using a different Apple ID. Installing it from the purchase history of the Apple ID where you bought it is the only way the App Store will validate the purchase and unlock all of its features.

    However, if you purchased 1Password from the AgileBits Store, you'll need to download it from our website instead. Either way you'll have received a receipt for the purchase, so please check your records to find that. If you purchased it from us, your license information and link to the download will be included in that. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
