I installed 1PW 6.8.8, now my password does not work anymore, what can in do? I NEED a working 1PW!!
installed 6.8.8 today (05/05/18) at 2PM EST, (USA) and immediately after I wanted to start 1PW, but it did not accept my Password I was using all the time before! What can I do?
It is urgent, I need to work and need a working 1PW!! please help ASAP!!

@MaxsPapa - I'm sorry for the trouble, and for the delay in our reply. What version of 1Password for Mac were you using prior to upgrading to 6.8.8? And how did you upgrade? Was it the in-app update-check? Or did you download the full package installer from our downloads page?
To be clear, 1Password does not ever simply change your Master Password; it can't. If your Master Password isn't being accepted, please follow these steps to see if you can recover/enter your Master Password. If none of that works, let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot.
