Indeed there are! 🙂

You can see the full 1Password X changelog for details. There's one rub, though: while in beta we've been fiddling with the Firefox build process and needed to use a couple extra version numbers, which caused the Firefox version to get a bit ahead of what we used in the published changelog. What you see for 1.6.2 on this page is the same as Firefox 1.6.4.

Honestly I had meant to bump the version number up when I built 1.6.2 for Chrome but I forgot. I'll try to get us all synced up for 1.6.5.
