Safari Extension stopped working for one user account

I use an iMac with two user accounts (My wife and myself). Suddenly the safari extension on her account stopped working (works fine in my account). I'd attach a screen capture if I could, but in general it says "Looking for 1Password App" with "Try Again" never working. I uninstall and reinstall and nothing. With impossible-to-remember passwords I finally convinced my wife to use 1Password...and now she can't get into any of our bank accounts. Help!

    @RossDillon - I'm sorry for the trouble! However, I see you've also written this exact same question to our email support team.
