1Password duplicated all my passwords on iOS

I just converted from a license account to a subscription account. Everything looks fine on my Mac when when I followed your instructions but when I followed these instructions to switch over on my iPhone, every entry has been duplicated. How do I fix this? I just noticed that when I hit the "All Vaults" icon in the upper left, I see two vaults, a "Primary" (which is probably the vault under my old license) and a new one named "Personal" below it that has my name above it, the name I entered when I created the new subscription account. I'm assuming there's a way to delete the old vault but I don't want to mess around with it. I'd rather receive your instructions. Thanks.

  • Hi @rlf,

Sorry about that — it appears you may have missed the last step:

To remove your old Primary vault, tap Settings > Vaults > Primary. Then tap Delete Vault.

That should do it. I have an issue filed with our documentation team to see if we can make it more clear that this step applies whether you are manually migrating or automatically migrating.

    Thanks.

    Ben
