TYrying to purchase the subscription but unable to get secret key

Hi, I currently have the 1Password app on iPhone, i'm trying to purchase the subscription on my windows laptop. apparently I've used my email address to log on but never received a secret key or email and cant get passed this. obviously I don't want to enter another email. is there an easy fix or do I have to look for another program.
