Attempting to copy... nothing happens

Hello!

I am trying to copy stuff from my primary (license) vault to the personal (subscription) vault, per your instructions in "Move items between vaults"

This is what I see/do:

I select 'Copy' and....

Nothing. Nothing is copied, no indication of any progress, it doesn't do anything.

Any idea?

    From the screenshot it looks like you're trying to copy to the primary vault and not from it.
