1Passwords for teams sharing

Hello all,

I was wondering following: If I have a 1Password for Teams account, and I want to share a vault with someone, do they have to:

1. have an account before?
2. do they need to pay their own subscription?

If you need to share just a single vault with someone outside your Team then you could invite them as a guest. Every team account has a number of free guests they can invite: https://support.1password.com/guests-teams/

How much does it cost to add a guest beyond the 5 permitted as part of Teams?
