...but I can not find my secret code to continue my log in. I thought there was an email sent, but I have searched all folders, even the deleted items and can't find anything. Can that info be re-sent?

    Hi @robhamer,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    The way Secret Keys work is that they are generated on your device, and are never sent to us. As such we have no way of providing your Secret Key to you. You can read about how you can access your Secret Key here:
