Force Two-Factor Authentication for Business Accounts

Hi,

Is there a way to enable 2FA for all users in the Admin console and remove the option to disable the feature for normal users? Alternatively, is there a way to create a report of all users who are not using 2FA?

I'm aware of DUO, but it's too expensive to be a viable option.

    @Jean01: If it helps, I believe that Duo is free for small teams to use (10 users?) Otherwise, there isn't a way to "force" people to use two-factor authentication, except perhaps by making it a requirement within your company — like compliance with any other policy. And perhaps others will agree that it could be a useful addition to the reports feature. :)
