Transfer Frozen personal account to a family membership?
Long time Pro user (5+ years) and recently i changed to the trial of the personal subscription.
I wanted to upgrade and get a Family account, but theres no option to do so, so my personal account is now frozen.
I signed up for Family yesterday, same email and all, thinking i could transfer all my personal vault info over, but its not clear that i can, or how to if it is possible.
Help? I use 1P daily across all devices, so i'm quite stuck.

Hi @SwabbyNat,
It is possible to upgrade an individual membership to 1Password Families so the question now would be do you want to do that, or do you want to migrate your data to the new membership you created?
- If you want to upgrade (recommended): I’d recommend first deleting the new 1Password Families membership you created and then select the “invite people” link in the sidebar of the web interface for your individual membership.
- If you want to migrate: copy all of your items from your vaults in the individual membership to vaults in the 1Password Families membership, and then delete the individual membership. You can learn about copying items here: https://support.1password.com/move-share-items/
Note that with the latter approach links between items will not be retained and will need to be re-established once migrated.
