I just did an update to my 1password app and now I can use my finger ID. I don't remember my password because i have used my finger ID for a long time. Cant someone help me out?

Hi @Warrioreight,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve forgotten your Master Password. Touch ID is not a replacement for the Master Password. We’d be happy to help in any way we can, but the help we’re able to provide in this situation is fairly limited. The best I can offer is this guide:

If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

Yeah. I have the same problem. I always used my Touch ID to access it. I did an upgrade and now it’s only asking for my Master Password!!!! Without an the option to switch to Touch ID! Please help

Hi @ETHER,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. Please see the above mentioned guide. There is no way to enable Touch ID without first entering the correct Master Password.
