I have an account and I paid for it Feb 28 2018 $47.25
I have an Invoice for proof for March 1 2018
When I go to add a new litem in my vault it tells me that my account is Frozen . My program is on my Samsung galaxy S-6 phone

    @ToInfinityandBeyond: I don't think a screenshot is necessary in this case, and we we want to exercise caution and avoid any change of people posting sensitive account details here on a public forum. Thanks for understanding. :)

It sounds like you signed up for multiple accounts, paid for one, but are using the other one on some devices and its trial has ended.
