First "fill" doesn't take; two tries needed
In the past couple months, I've noticed that on many (but not all) sites, the first time 1Password fills login info and submits the form, the login doesn't take. That is, the page sort of flashed, like the username/password were entered, but then cleared out — sort of like a page refresh, but very fast. The second time I trigger a 1Password fill + submit, it works as expected. But for this small sample of sites (that I login to frequently) it is odd to have to consistently log in "twice".
I'm using Safari 11.1. Testing the same sites in Chrome, I see no issues, so maybe this is Safari-specific.
