What membership suits our company best?

Goodmorning, the company I work for is looking for a suitable membership for one password. We now have 5 people working at the company (including the owner of the company), but we will have more workers later. The owner of the company already has 1Password and we're curious what membership will suit us best, since we care a lot about security, but are not that big.
Can someone please give us an advice so we can make some plans?
