1Password 6.8.9 question

I was notified that this update is available, but if I understand it correctly, it only restores 1Pwd capability to Opera. Is this correct or are there fixes in the update that will affect Safari, Firefox, and Vivaldi also?

    @romad,

    The only change was to add support for the new Opera signatures for their current 3 lines (Opera, Opera Next, Opera Developer).

    Okay. Any particular reason why? Our default recommendation is to run the latest version unless there is good reason not to.

    I don't use Opera, and since the only change/fix in 6.8.9 affects only Opera, the update is useless for my purposes. I have version 6.8.8 so I'm up-to-date for Safari, Vivaldi, & Firefox ESR; iCab & TorBrowser aren't supported AFAIK.

    Understood, and that logic seems sound, however our recommendation would still be to run the latest version (as a matter of course). :)
