Not able to Upgrade to Family
Hey,
actually im not able to upgrade my Account.
I login to my Account manually.
I choose a name and click on the blue "Upgrade Account" Button.
The Button turns Grey and thats it, nothing happens.
I tried this on 2 Computers and different Browser. All the same.

I checked developer tools, an Ajax request is sent to check the name is available but nothing is sent or submitted when I click the button, just the button turns grey0 -
I solved it xD
When i try this to Upgrade on the Big Family Button <--- See my first Post.
On the right side there is an "Invite People" Button.
Use this and the Upgrade works.I don't know. Is this a Bug on the Site?

Under Billig there was this Upgrade Button:
On the "Invite People" Button this one appears:
And this one works then for me.

Thanks, yep the website is glitched. Also couldnt upgrade to family from the billing page, worked first try from the invitations button.

Not fixed yet. I used the workaround mentioned above, which did work. Then had problems logging into forum. I've wasted too much time.

We haven't had other reports of issues with logging into the forum, but if you'll share the details we can look into it.
Regarding the topic of this discussion, I believe we've identified the cause. Hopefully we'll have a fix for this in a server update shortly.

I'm having the same problem trying to upgrade from individual to family. I want to try the alternative of "Invite People" button but where is that button? I can't find it anywhere.
Update: Ah, now I found it. To access the "Invite People" button you have to login via the web, it is not on the 1P app screen anywhere

Correct. It isn't possible to do account administration tasks in the apps; all of that is handled through the website. Sorry for the confusion there.
