Is there a different price for standalone upgrade vs standalone new license?

Im thinking of updating IP6 (standalone version) to IP7 (standalone version). I understand there is a US$49 promotional/discounted price at the moment. I'm wondering if that $49 price is for both users who are upgrading to IP7, and for new IP7 purchases. Or do current IP6 users get a different (further discounted) upgrade price?

    @dinobit,

    Its the same price whether you're upgrading to 1P7 or migrating to the agilebits version from the mac app store version, or purchasing a new 1P7 license.
