how can i force folder sync to occur on 1password 7 mac

i changed password on one computer and it has not synced in a long time - how do i force it to sync

1Password Version: 7
Extension Version: 7
OS Version: 10.13
Sync Type: folder

    @dked - I'm sorry for the trouble, but without a little more information, it's difficult to say what might be going on. When you say you "changed 1Password on one computer," what do you mean, specifically? Did you upgrade to 1Password 7 on one of your Macs, but not the others? What method of sync are you using - and how many vaults do you have? Thanks in advance for the clarification.

    I ended up disconnecting and reconnecting sync and that seemed to fix it
