iOS and macOS not syncing consistently

Steps:
1. Open macOS 1Password 7.0.1.
2. On iOS 1Password 7.0.6, modify an existing login item stored on Dropbox (in my case, I added One-Time Password).
3. Back on macOS 1Password, add a note to the same login item.
4. The entry is not merged, even after forcing a sync on iOS.

    I solved my own issue. Upgrading from 1Password 6 to 1Password 7 breaks Dropbox Sync mapping. I had to go to Preferences | Sync and remap "Sync ... vault with" setting, all of which are set to None.
