[bug] Crash when saving vault without an icon

I found that if you delete the icon assigned to a vault, and try saving that without assigning a new icon, the app will crash. I submitted the crash info via the crash reporter, but here's the steps to repro.

  1. Click All Vaults
  2. Select Edit Vault on one of the vaults
  3. Click on Vault icon twice
    • First click displays the default icons list
    • Second highlights the current icon
  4. While icon is highlighted, press Delete key
  5. Don't select a new icon
  6. Click Save

Expected: After deleting the icon, 1Password reverts back to the default key slot icon.

Actual: Crash. When app is reopened, original icon is still assigned to the vault.

    Thanks for reporting this @jackbrewster! I was able to reproduce it as well, so we'll investigate and get it fixed up.
