Mac App Store subscription to Family subscription

I've just downloaded 1Password 7 and subscribed for a year in the App Store. Then I tried to add a new user and realized it should be a Family subscription. But I'm finding no way to upgrade it. What are the steps to have that happen?

    Hi @uchoa,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately there isn’t currently a way to change service levels through Apple’s subscription management. It is possible to change, but you’ll need to cancel the subscription through Apple:

    View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

    Once you’ve done this please let us know at sales@1password.com and after verifying your email address we will reset your billing type. You can then log in to 1Password.com and change your account type. Switching an individual in-app purchase subscription to a family in-app purchase subscription is not supported at this time. As such once completed you’ll then need to set up your subscription through 1Password.com directly.
