iTunes to Family subscription change - Urgent?

Hi, I am on the individual subscription through iTunes. It is so good that I would like to upgrade to a Family subscription. I understand from other threads that the process is to cancel the iTunes subscription and let you know by email and on the discussion board. I have just cancelled my iTunes subscription and sent you the email. I did not get a support ticket request - so I am not sure how you are supposed to action it but please do! My account expires 20 June. I will send you an email separately.
