old mac, no login page

My boss downgraded to an older Macbook Pro because she needed older ports for international travel and because she is tech-deficient. I am trying to sign into her ipassword account. When I hit login from the main webpage it opens a new window that is just a blank page. Nothing ever loads. Her system is OSX El Capitan 10.11.5. Do I need to download software to access, or maybe an older version of 1password? Please help!!

    Hi @refinnej1982! Could you try using a different browser to sign in? Chrome may be supported, and if you're using Safari it may not be. Let us know how that goes!
