Able to log in with fingerprint on iPad, but unable to log in on iMac

Having a real dilemma with 1Password. Long time user. Able to log in on iPad with fingerprint. Unable to log in on iMac and MacBook Pro with password. I did change password on iMac recently but it now is not working.

    Hi there @dennisbcraig

    Have you tried the old Master Password, as well as making sure you are not making a typo? In addition, how do you use 1Password? Standalone or are you a membership user?
