I don't have an account, my keys are in dropbox. firefox extension won't let me access my passwords.

I don' thave an account - I store my passwords in dropbox and sync them myself. I just installed the extension on firefox, and it only allows using an account. I see nothing that lets me access 1password. on chrome it all works fine. (This is on OSX). can you help ?

    Hi there @rabosaur

    Did you unintentionally install 1Password X instead of the 1Password extension? 1Password X requires the use of a membership, so you don't want to use that. Check your Firefox adding page by typing about:addons into the address bar. If 1Password X is listed there, remove it and go to https://1password.com/browsers/ to install the extension.

    Thanks! that was it. I had searched addons within firefox and that is in fact what it showed me (1passwordx). I had no indication that I needed to go to your download page to get it. (its working now)
