Change to family plan

I currently on the Pro (Launch Special) Plan. As I'm only using it for my family (2 Adults, 2 childs) it makes sense to move to the family plan to reduce cost. However only choice I've to move to the Business plan that's even more costly.

How can I change to the family plan?
