Group member didn't inherit Vault access

I have a group, "Engineers," that contain many people who have access to multiple Vaults. One person in this group does not have access to the Vaults that the other members do. I've tried removing her from the group and re-adding her, with no luck. I am managing this through the web interface. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
