I have extremely high cpu with the Chrome 1Password extension.

1Password Version: 7.0.3
Extension Version: 4.7.1.90
OS Version: 10.13.4
Sync Type: 1Password

    Welcome to the forum, @etc ! I'm thinking it's time for a restart of both Chrome and (possibly) 1Password. That's not common behavior.
