memory usage

I am finding that 1Password, even with the app quit is still using quite a lot of CPU time (top of Activity Monitor), with the Extension Helper right underneath it. Is anyone else seing this? Any ideas for solution? Have had to force quit a few times in order to get some work done. thanks.

    I'm not seeing that so it would be helpful to provide some basic information:

    • What version of 1Password are you using?
    • What browser(s) are you using?
    • What is the version number of the 1Password extension in the browser?
    • What is your macOS version number?
    • Are you using a 1Password.com subscription or a 1Password standalone licence?

    browser: both Safari and Firefox. different tools to keep work and personal seperate.
