Try billing 15 days before renewal

My credit card number changed in the last year, so renewal didn't go through. No big deal, fix the credit card.

But could you try billing a bit early next time to ensure payment goes through? My account already had limited functionality from being expired, within 24 hours of receiving the email. No grace period, no nothing.

  • Hey @yulmathieu, I'm so sorry for the trouble this caused! You should have definitely received a grace period in the case that payment fails - we normally give around 9 days worth. What limited functionality did you experience so soon after your payment failed? I'll take a look into what could have caused this to happen.

    At any rate, I'm glad to hear you were able to get everything fixed up.

    I tried searching for an entry, and it only showed 2 out of 8-10 entries.

    @yulmathieu: That's not a limitation imposed on frozen accounts. It sounds like you may have just been viewing the wrong vault, or excluded some vaults from the All Vaults view. Are you able to find what you're looking for now?

    yes I am. I only have one vault, so I doubt it.
