Retrieving secret key
I interrupted the signup process for a couple of days. When I got back to it, I found I needed a secret key, which I don't seem to have. The instructions on how to retrieve it, including the instructions on starting over, seem to go nowhere. Can you please help? I've already squandered too much time on this. I'd like to go with 1Password, but need to get on with it. I'm on a Mac, iPad and iPhone. Thanks.

If you have lost your Secret Key then the only option is to delete an account entirely and start over. We can assist you but not here as this is a public forum. What I would like you to do is send an email to
