Can I get a refund? 1Password won't work on an older iMac

Hello! I have used 1Password on iPhone and iPad for years. I decided to finally purchase a subscription so that I could use 1Password on my iMac, so I paid my $36. After I downloaded the program I attempted to install it. I was met with an error message, letting me know that I couldn't install 1Password on my iMac. I sent an email on that same day (about a week ago) to request help or a refund, but only received the automated response. I thought that I would try here. Would it be possible for me to get a refund? I had tried the trial version in the past and it worked great. I didn't realize that the program wouldn't work on my current machine. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi there @dkaff

Our apologies, our email team is a little behind at the moment as there is a large influx of support requests due to the recent release. May I ask what OS version the iMac is running?

In that case, you can use 1Password 6, which also support the use of 1Password memberships. Go to https://1password.com/downloads/ and click the "Using OS X El Capitan or Earlier" button to download 1Password 6.
