I have had 1Password since 2011... before "Secret Keys" were implemented now I can't get into my acc
Hey... I sent in an email 2 days ago and no reply... support ID is [#JFU-55551-687] I need to figure out how to upgrade to a family membership but I can't get into my account due to not ever being issued a "secret key" ... Some assistance would be great... Thanks! Greg

I think that you may be having trouble because it sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you've signed up for a 1Password.com membership. That’s the only way you’ll have a Secret Key or Sign In URL, or be able to access your data through 1Password.com. You can, however, sign up for a 1Password Families membership at any time. This guide will take you through that and also inviting and sharing with your family:
