macOS 10.13.5: New 1Password 7.0.4 app. will not open and fill selected website (Chrome). Ext. OK.

For new macOS 1Password Desktop application (7.0.4), 'Open and Fill' works intermittently when selecting a website in the vault. Appears to work OK and consistently when using the Chrome browser extension (4.7.1.90).
