Can't log in on iPhone X
I just upgraded to 1Password 7, and got bullied into signing up for your subscription service. I also was forced into changing my Master Password since the one I had been using previously was too short and your system would not let me bypass it. (Who's data is it, anyway???)
So okay, I am up and running again on my iMac Pro, but now I can't log in on my iPhone X with either the old or the new Master Password. What do I do now?

@RLSprouse: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion there! You'll need to sign into 1Password on each device using your account credentials, most of which can be found in your Emergency Kit:
How to add your 1Password account to the apps
You'll need to use the Master Password you setup for your account. It sounds like that's different from what you've been using on your Mac, in case that helps. Let me know how it goes! :)

The problem is, I can't get in to 1Password on the iPhone. It won't take the old password I had been using, nor the new one I have for 1Password 7.

@RLSprouse: The 1Password app will unlock with the Master Password of the first account/vault you have setup there. (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither access to your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:
https://support.1password.com/recovery/#begin-recovery
If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. You can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. Please let me know how it turns out.
