I have 1password installed on my Mac but it is not working - it will not save a password that I can retrieve. I have been trying for days. I want some personal tech support

    I’m not seeing any support tickets open under the email address you’re using here on the forum. Do you have a support ID? I’m also not seeing any existing forum posts from you, so I’m not entirely sure where the title of this thread comes from. :)

    We’d be happy to help you with 1Password on your Mac. Could you please provide us with some inforamtion about the problem?

    • What version of 1Password do you have installed?
    • What browser are you using?
    • What version of macOS are you using?
    • Are you getting an error message? If so, what is the exact content of the message?
    • What steps are you taking, and what does or doesn’t happen? Walk me through it, please.

    Armed with that information we should be able to better assist. Thanks!
