Behaviour of tags/folders with different 1Password versions?

Hello,
at work we use a vault (located on a internal server) which is synced by all team-members over owncloud on their mac/pc. There are a lot of folders and subfolders for each client. Since 1Password 7 converts folders to tags, what will happen if part of the team uses version 6 and the others version 7? Will the vault get overwritten by the v7 users and v6 users won't have folders anymore? Or do v6 users still have folders?

I hope you understand my problem.

    Hi @buecki! Tags are compatible with both versions, so they'll work across them automatically. If you use nested tags, those will only work with 1Password 7. Converting folders to tags will just mean that people who use 1Password 6 will see everything as tags rather than folders.
