Master Password Reset

So - I did manage to forget what I set for the Master Password on my account. From what I see - I am now toast as I cannot log in to my account via your web site.

How do I cancel my subscription now????

This is a ridiculous service in that I cannot reset my master password in any way....

It's ridiculously secure @compsolv which is why you can't reset your master password. If 1Password could 'reset' it, so could hackers.

If you've forgotten your password, you are "toast". If you can login on one of your devices then at least you can extract your data, if you can't then the only option is to email support and ask them to delete your account.

OK - thanks! I can log in on my devices fine. So I guess that "master password" is somehow different from logging in at the web site to manage my account. I will extract all my data and ask for account deletion - thanks. I presume this cancels my subscription? I sure hope so.

Have you completely forgotten your Master Password. Sometimes it is just a matter of upper-case letters rather than lower-case, and the like.

You can keep trying as long as you like, repeated tries won't cause any problems.
